This is WHAT THE F*CK!, your weekly pop culture round-up of nail-biting news, need-to-know trends and never-to-be-ignored topics. Think of it as your own personally curated list, prepped and preened with things that deserve your undivided attention or disapproving glances. GOOD EVENING EUROPE!
Italy wins Eurovision

The Eurovision song contest returned to our screens last Saturday, after skipping a year out due to COVID-19. What many have described as Christmas for the gays, this year’s turnout was another satiating cacophony of continental chaos with the lead singer of Italy’s winning band, DAMIANO DAVID being accused of snorting cocaine in the green room live on air. Drug scandals aside (how very noughties) Signor David has won over the hearts (and panties) of many with his broody Italian good looks, gender queering dress sense and a generally hot boy attitude that makes you think what a cool bloody guy, oh my god why am I so bumbling and English and awkward. Also beloved followers of mine, if you saw me and girls going live on Instagram during Eurovision to scream at the TV, no you simply did not!

SINGIN’ IN THE DRAIN
Bladee releases The Fool

Good morning my fellow Drainers, our beloved BLADEE has dropped a surprise release album on us, The Fool. Once again another wonderful concoction of dreamy, electronic Swedish nihilism, perfect listening for the bank holiday weekend, no? Anyway stream The Fool! That’s all.

THREE’S A MAGIC NUMBER

Pop-star GF and Director BF seek Hot Actress Third is exactly how we imagine the randy meeting of RITA ORA, TAIKA WAITITI and TESSA THOMSPON started. The throuple were spotted sharing snogs over al fresco drinks in Sydney this week. With many hailing this curious spotting at the start of our horny little vaccination summer, I guess it’s time to get back on the apps ladies.
